What is Gourmet Basket returns policy?

If an item has been purchased as a gift and has been delivered without any damage, Gourmet Basket will not offer a refund.

If an item you have received has been damaged in any way or is out of date, you may contact the Gourmet Basket customer service team on 1300 353 393 and they will replace the defaulted items.

If you are wanting to swap an item, Gourmet Basket will happily do say once it has arrived back at their warehouse in its original unopened condition. Unless faulty, shipping costs must be covered by yourself.
