- Restocking fee applies to returned items. You will have to pay a restocking fee of $10 for every returned item that costs up to $100. If the price of your item is more than $100, the restocking fee is 10% of the purchase price.
How can I get Gotstock free shipping?
Residents of metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth are eligible for free delivery on orders over $200. If you live in a regional area, or if your order does not come to $200, your shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and your location.
Shipping will take one to two business days to metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, three to five business days to regional NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia, and five to nine business days to South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

For change of mind returns, you must contact Gotstock within two days of receiving your item. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee will be charged. Only new, unopened items that are in a resaleable condition will be accepted.
