Australian fashion brand Gorman is currently one of the most recognisable labels in the fashion world thanks to its unique and quirky style. Now the brand has teamed up with German-based footwear label Ekn to bring you a sustainable shoe wear line that's a little more toned down (but still super slick).
Arriving in three colourways, the classic Ekn Oak low sneaker has been revamped for the collaborative line. Drawing inspiration from Gorman's current winter collection, the kicks come in green, white and pink hues that allow them to be easily mixed and matched with any of Gorman's pieces from the season. The limited edition sneakers also feature contrasting terrazzo print soles.
Though Gorman is known for its vibrant colours and bold prints, the label does also stock some pretty great basics to pair with its more distinctive pieces, making the new sneakers right on brand.

In case you needed any more reason to shop the line, all of Ekn's footwear is handmade in Portugal from organic materials. They are also released in limited quantities to reduce waste, making the sneakers an ethical purchase choice.
It does mean that the kicks are limited edition though, so you'll have to get in quick to get your hands on one of the trendy new pairs.
When and where to shop the collaborative line
The Gorman x Ekn footwear line has already been released, meaning that you can log on and shop a pair right now from the Gorman site. Each pair will set you back $269, but it is also nearly the end of the financial year, meaning that it's perfectly acceptable to treat yourself to shiny new things.
If the sneakers are a little too low-key for you, check out some brands similar to Gorman to stock up your wardrobe with some more fun and whimsical pieces.
