Glassons aims to deliver the products within 1 to 3 business days from the date of placing an order. They deliver their order through a receipted delivery service - so make sure you’re physically present to receive your order when it is delivered to you.
If you are unable to receive your package, a calling card with a contact detail will be left by their courier service so that you can make arrangements to collect your order. If an item is missing from your order, you can contact Glassons’ customer service and they will do their best to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
You can track your order by using the link and tracking number in a confirmation email that is sent to you once your order is dispatched. Also, if you have no other delivery option, you can give your PO Box address and a courier service representative will leave a calling card for you to collect your order from the nearest local postal collection centre.
Glassons also offers a 3-hour delivery service to selected inner Sydney postcodes at a flat rate of $9.95 in addition to your order value. You need to place an order between 8am to 4pm on working days to allow processing and prompt delivery. You also need to be available at the billing address for about 3 and a half hours after you successfully place an order with Glassons.
If you purchased an item online, you can return it to any of the nearest stores. However, you can print out the order confirmation if you have lost your receipt. An item can be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order if you are not satisfied with your parcel. You can take the items to one of their nearest stores or you can send it back to their distribution centre. However, you need to take a dispatch note or invoice and an order confirmation along with items you wish to exchange or refund if you are taking it to their store.
If you are returning the item to their distribution centre by post, you should also state whether you need a refund or you simply want to exchange the product. In case of exchange, exchange items should be of equal or lower value and if the new item is of lower value than the original one, difference will be refunded to your card which was used to make the original purchase.
Also, earrings, underwear and swimwear purchased online can only be exchanged or returned through their distribution centre. The garments should be in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Hygiene stickers and tags should be still attached to the product. Return of the item will be refused if it does not meet the hygiene requirement. It is recommended to wear your swimsuit over your underwear when you are trying it on for the first time to confirm your size.
All orders placed in Australia will be charged in Australian Dollars. All orders placed in New Zealand will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. All international orders will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
