An express service is also available for $14.95. Express orders placed before 10.30am AEST (weekdays) will be dispatched on that day and delivered the following business day to most addresses. A signature is required upon delivery of all parcels.

What is the Glasshouse returns policy?
Orders may only be cancelled if the shipment has not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your confirmed order get in touch as soon as possible with the customer service team at Glasshouse. Orders can be returned for reason of change of mind within 30 days, as long as the items are unused, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, but may be reimbursed in some cases (for example the products were incorrect or damaged).
