How do I use my promo code?

    1. Select a promo code to use and click on it to be redirected to Gifte’s home page.
    2. Start shopping by clicking on ‘buy gift cards’. Or, if you're interested in a specific corporate program, click on it.


    1. Browse through the selections available. Alternately, you can select by card type or shop the categories listed on the left of the page.


    1. Identify a gift card you'd like to purchase and click on ‘select’.
    2. Select the shipping date. You can also include a personal message if the card is to be sent as a gift. Once done, add your item to your cart.
    3. Review your purchase and apply your promo code at this point.

Shipping guide for Gifte allows you to select your shipping date, which you can schedule for any time in the year. When at the checkout, you'll also be required to select your preferred delivery method, which will either be registered post or registered express.

You can track your order with Gifte online using the tracking number that will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your order. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the shipping date that you select. As Gifte sends all its cards via registered post, you will be required to sign for your item and therefore must provide a physical address for delivery. Gift will NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Refunds, exchanges and returns for

You can only get a refund for your Gifte gift card. All other gift cards sold are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to refund your Gifte Gift Card, you must make your refund request within 28 days of purchase. All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee on top of all postage and handling fees. Gifte also offers to replace your card if it is lost, stolen, or faulty. This is subject to the merchant's discretion and will require you to contact them directly and produce your original purchase receipt and card number. If your request is granted, the replacement will be of the same value remaining on the card and have the same expiry date. All replacement cards are subject to a $10 cancellation or replacement fee.

    I don’t have a question however would like to make sure others don’t get caught out with the gifte vouchers. My son who has autism was given a card for his birthday which expired on 25th July 2015. We went to use this card on the day as we were aware that it was the last day and was told it could not be used. The lovely chap at the AFL store rang the customer service number at gifte and asked why it wasn’t going through as it was still within the date.
    Gifte would not honour it. This has happened to many who had attended this particular store.
    I urge people to be wary of this voucher service as it caused great distress to my little boy who couldn’t understand why he couldn’t use his card when it said he could use it till the 25th! Shame on Gifte vouchers. I will be spreading the word about this appalling service
