Pros

  • Convenience. Save yourself the hassle of traffic jams and expensive cab fares. Travel between London Victoria station to Gatwick airport in just 30 minutes.
  • Comfort. Gatwick Express trains are comfortable, modern and air-conditioned. First class trains feature reclining seats, complimentary newspapers and disabled travel accessibility.
  • Delay Repay. Should your train be delayed for more than 30 minutes, Gatwick Express will compensate your ticket.

Cons

  • Currency. All Gatwick Express tickets are in sterling pounds. Be aware of currency conversion rates when purchasing your tickets.

How do I make a booking with Gatwick Express?

Select your direction of travel, number of tickets and travel time and date. Click “Book your tickets”. Select an outbound service based on a time that is convenient for you. Choose to print your ticket at home or pick it up at the station 15 minutes before departure. Complete your payment details to confirm your ticket purchase.

What is the Gatwick Express cancellation policy?

Should you decide to not use your Gatwick Express ticket, you can apply for a refund within 28 days of the ticket expiry date. A fee of £10 will be charged to process the refund. This policy does not apply to Advanced and Mobile tickets.
