Dungeon Crawl | Everything you need to know

Like the TARDIS, Dungeon Crawl may seem small from the outside, but don't let appearances deceive you: this true-blue Aussie games store has plenty of big deals on offer.

From its humble beginnings as an eBay marketplace in 2004, Dungeon Crawl has grown into one of Australia's most popular independent gaming and pop culture outlets. Dungeon Crawl not only delivers the latest video games all around Australia, it does so at prices often far cheaper than traditional retail games stores.

What does Dungeon Crawl sell?

Dungeon Crawl stocks new release video games across all current PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo platforms, as well as select older-generation games going as far back as the PlayStation 2. The online retailer also sells a small range of PC games, though there isn't a whole lot to choose from. All games available through Dungeon Crawl are physical releases – the retailer does not offer digital download codes.

Outside of video games, Dungeon Crawl also sells a variety of board games, comics, collectables and pop-culture-themed clothing and merchandise.

What currency does Dungeon Crawl use?

All prices on the Dungeon Crawl website are in AUD.

— Shipping and returns

Dungeon Crawl ships from its warehouse in Tullamarine, Victoria to anywhere within Australia.

How much does Dungeon Crawl charge for delivery?

Delivery from Dungeon Crawl is charged based on the weight and size of your order. For a single game, non-registered letter mail delivery can be as low as $2.50. Standard registered delivery, meanwhile, starts at $6.65 for most orders while Express delivery begins at $8.20.

How long does Dungeon Crawl take to deliver?

Once payment has been confirmed, Dungeon Crawl ships orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery itself depends on Australia Post, with maximum timeframes on Standard shipping ranging from 4 business days to 8 business days depending on where in Australia you live. Express delivery cuts that down to 1 to 2 business days to all capital cities and surrounding suburbs, and 3 to 5 business days for regional and country areas.

How long do I have to wait to report an item as lost in transit?

If you pay for Standard or Express delivery and your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time period, you can request Dungeon Crawl to chase up the issue with Australia Post. For the non-registered letter service deliveries, you'll need to wait a minimum of 21 days before claiming your order as lost.

If Dungeon Crawl confirms your order was lost through no fault of your own, it will either resend your order at no extra cost or refund you the full price of your order.

Does Dungeon Crawl offer click and collect?

No, Dungeon Crawl only offers delivery with no option for in-store pick-up.

What is Dungeon Crawl's return policy?

Should anything go wrong with your order, Dungeon Crawl will refund or exchange it provided you follow the relevant returns policy. For faulty or damaged items, you'll need to contact Dungeon Crawl within 7 days of discovering the issue and send all contents and packaging back for inspection. If Dungeon Crawl determines the damage wasn't caused by misuse, your order will be replaced, repaired or refunded and your shipping costs will be reimbursed.

If you receive the wrong item from Dungeon Crawl, you'll need to contact the retailer within 7 days and send the product back in its original, saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Can I return an order if I change my mind?

Dungeon Crawl does accept returns based on you changing your mind, provided they are unused, in saleable condition and you request the refund or exchange within 7 days of the order arriving. This policy does not extend to clearance items, PC games or gift cards.
