The Enrich program allows members to earn rewards while flying with Malaysian Airlines. You can redeem your Enrich Miles for flight discounts and travel perks so you can make the most of your next holiday.
The Malaysian Airlines Enrich program is affiliated with the oneworld Alliance, broadening the ways you can earn and redeem rewards. The oneworld Alliance is one of the largest global airline alliances, consisting of 15 member airlines and 30 partnered affiliates. With such a breadth of partner airlines, the destinations and flight paths available offer customers more services and value than any single airline can provide on its own. No one airline can offer more than 14,000 daily departures to almost 1,000 destinations across 150 countries as the oneworld Alliance does.
Currently, there aren’t any credit cards in Australia that allow you to directly earn rewards from your credit card into your Enrich account. Instead, you’ll need to choose from any of the suitable credit cards that allow you to transfer your credit card rewards to Enrich Miles.
If you have a credit card that lets you transfer your points to the Enrich program, you can earn Enrich Miles on eligible everyday purchases. The earn rates you can expect will vary from card to card, so see the relevant review pages to confirm these details. Some credit cards also offer bonus points when you sign up, so this could be another way to boost your Enrich Miles account once you transfer the points.
A number of Australian banks provide credit cards that allow you to transfer points to the Enrich program. The features and fees of each card vary, so it’s important to compare your options before deciding.

Not only will you be able to earn points in Australia, you can also earn points on purchases made with your card overseas. You will be able to acquire points through flights, accommodation, car rentals and everyday purchases.
The Enrich program offers a range of rewards for its customers. You can use your miles to book flights, upgrade your flight to premium class, or purchase a companion seat. A companion award allows you to redeem fewer miles than normally required for a Business or First Class seat for a companion travelling on the same itinerary as you. There are also other flight-related options, including vouchers that can be redeemed on extra baggage allowance, inflight shopping or air lounge access.
You can earn Bonus Points by making purchases with one of the lifestyle partners, including Agoda, Federal Hotels International, Digital World of Riches, Kaligo.com and Saujana Hotels and Resorts. Bonus Points are also offered from oneworld Alliance partners and in-store purchases.
By being a frequent flyer credit card holder, you will also be able to save on travel insurance, currency conversion fees and overseas ATM fees. Travelling can often feel like you are exploring airports more than the streets of foreign countries. Frequent flyer credit cards that offer access to airport lounges will make your time at the airport that little bit more enjoyable.
The Malaysian Airlines Enrich Frequent Flyer rewards program offers a number of benefits to customers. If the flight plans and benefits of Malaysian Airlines suit your travelling needs, then this program might be of value to you. Each of the frequent flyer programs available offer different benefits and drawbacks, so compare your options before settling on one to ensure you find the most valuable program for you.

How can I add my wife as a nominee to my enrich program so that she can redeem flights? Is there any fee to pay?
Hi Yiu,
Thanks for reaching out.
Although you can redeem Enrich Miles for someone else such as your wife and children (but it doesn’t have to be a family member), I’m afraid that Malaysia Airlines has no household membership options, so it’s not possible to add your wife to your Enrich program. If you wish to redeem flights for your wife, please log into your Enrich account.
Cheers,

i flew a flight from Kuala Lumper to Singapore on june 7 2016 with malaysian
airlines. i would like to receive my missing points.
booking reference XXX ticket number XXX but have been unsuccessful so far as my fare family:economy gets rejected each time. what should i enter?
Hi KL to Singapore,
Thanks for your question. Just to confirm though that you’ve reached finder.com.au – a comparison website, not actually Enrich / Malaysian Airlines.
If you wish to claim your missing miles, you will need to log into your account with Enrich at the Enrich website, then fill out the relevant form under “Claim Missing Miles”.
Be sure to retain your original travel documents like boarding passes and ticket stubs and partner receipts (i.e. hotel receipts, copy of car rental agreement and other invoices/receipts/statements from other partners) as you will need this to complete the Missing Enrich Miles Claim Form online.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers,
May
I’m still waiting for the enrich blue card .. they said it only takes two weeks to receive my Card but going to be 1month now.. What happened?
Hi Marjorie,
Thanks for your comment.
Please note that finder.com.au is a financial comparison and information service and we do not represent Malaysia Airlines.
I suggest that you directly contact Malaysia Airlines to follow up the status of your card. I’ve sent you an email with their contact details, for your convenience.
Cheers,
Anndy

Can I swap my Emirates Skywards miles for Enrich points?
Hi Arcticfox,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, you can’t transfer Emirates Skywards Miles for Enrich points. However, you can use your Emirates Skywards Miles for flights with select partner airlines such as Jet Airways, Korean Air, Qantas, South African Airways, and Virgin America among others. You can check this page for more information on how to redeem your Emirates Skywards Miles.

can i use my card to buy ticket for my family or relative?
Hi Valina,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Yes, you can actually request for the Award to be in anyone’s name as long you have sufficient miles to redeem for an Award. You can redeem flights by logging into the Enrich website or contacting Malaysia Airlines on +603 7843 3000.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Arra

Hello Ioh,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au. As such, we’re unable to confirm whether your card is still valid.
