What forms of payment does Foxtel accept?

You can pay for your initial order online with your credit or debit card. Foxtel accepts:

Monthly subscriptions are paid for in instalments and will fall on the same day every month. You can pay with your credit or debit card, or via direct debit. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred method of payment.


How do I cancel my subscription to Foxtel?

If you wish to cancel your Foxtel subscription, you can do so online by logging into your account, or you can do so over the phone. All subscriptions are subject to a minimum charge and if you cancel your account early, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.

    Hi we currently have foxtel HD premium with telstra adsl unlimited downloads but are now able to be connected to NBN . Our telstra bundle it out of contract and we thinking of increasing our foxtel from IQ 2 to IQ 3 and change from adsl to NBN and change from telstra to foxtel thereby bundling everything into a package. Having Foxtel iq3 plus NBN 50 speed just not sure which is the best deal. Telstra or Foxtel. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hello…..can I get foxtel without a sat dish….I also don’t have a smart T V

      Thanks for leaving a question on finder.

      Foxtel will not need your satellite dish as they use a different technology and it will come with your subscription. If you are referring to their TV service, as long as your TV has an HDMI input, the installers will connect your TV to either the RCA or HDMI connection from the TV box to your TV. In order to enjoy all of the features of Foxtel your TV box should be connected to the Internet. It will run without it but your available video library for pay-per-view will not be as extensive.

    My Foxtel is now $160 I’m wishing to drop to basic as I find that programs are repeated over and over again no value for that kind of money. What can you offer me?

      Foxtel’s easy account access allows you to manage your channels online. You can sign up for a new deal, or change your subscription at any time. You can have a look on this page for more info about Foxtel deals and packages.

      You can change your package, upgrade or add an extra box. Please login to your Foxtel account and go to “My Account” on Foxtel site. The change to your package is effective within 30 minutes and is prorated accordingly into your monthly charge.

      The process:
      1. Login with your Foxtel ID
      2. Once logged in, click on the TV icon on the My Account landing page
      3. Click on Change my package under Channel Packs section.
      4. Browse through what including in the channel packs and click on Submit.

    With the rewards program for existing customers to got the new IQ set top box, what can I get from it without having the internet which I don’t get now from my old box?

      Foxtel iQ refers to the cable box you will need in order to receive the service. This allows you not only to access the cable service but record programs at the same time to be viewed at a later date. You can also pause, play and rewind live television. There are two different versions currently available: the iQ2 and iQ3. For a comprehensive run-down on the differences, you can go to this page.

      In order to enjoy all of the features of Foxtel your TV box should be connected to the Internet. It will run without it but your available video library for pay-per-view will not be as extensive.

    Does Foxtel have special rates for pensioners? I have had Foxtel for some time and being a customer. I am considering closing my Foxtel.
