Shipping guide for Forcast

Forcast strives to dispatch orders by the next business day. The online store offers free shipping on orders above $30, which will be fulfilled using Australia Post standard delivery.

Orders less than $30 will charge a fixed rate of $10 for standard shipping. If you wish to have your order express delivered, you can have it expedited to you for a flat rate of $15.

Delivery times depend on your preferred shipping method. With standard shipping, expect delivery within 2-5 business days. Express shipping takes between 1-3 business days.

Refunds, exchanges and returns for Forcast

Forcast's returns policy states that you can return your online purchase for exchange or refund provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition and unworn. Swing tickets must still be attached to any item returned. You are required to fill out your return request at the back of the original invoice and include this with your return. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Forcast does not accept returns for exchange or refund on items such as accessories or hosiery due to hygienic reasons. For more details on their returns policy, visit the Forcast website.
