Foodora Review | Pros and Cons

  • Easy ordering via the app. The Foodora app is available on Android and iPhone. It offers a simple and fast way to order food while you’re out and about.
  • Pick-up and home delivery. You can order through Foodora and have your food home delivered, or you can choose the free pick-up option.
  • Sign up for more. Sign up to receive vouchers and coupons directly to your inbox.

    • Not available in every city. Foodora is currently only available in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
    • Delivery fees apply. Delivery charges apply for home delivery.

How does Foodora delivery work?

If you choose home delivery, you will need to cover the delivery charges of the driver. The delivery fee will be clearly displayed during the ordering process. All deliveries must be fulfilled within two hours of order placement, however, most will be delivered faster. A delivery estimation tool is available during checkout.

What is the Foodora returns policy?

As a general rule, once your order is confirmed, you will be unable to make changes to your order or cancel it and you will have to cover the price of the original delivery. In some cases, at the discretion of the restaurant, changes and cancellations may be accepted if they are immediately made via the Foodora customer support line. If you select the pick-up option but you do not collect your order you will not be entitled to a refund.
