It's a rare sight to see flights to Canada drop below $1,000 return. It's even rarer to see flights to four different Canadian cities drop below that mark. So when something like that happens, we pay attention.

The airline to do it? Air Canada. This all-inclusive carrier has just announced a sale on flights from Sydney to Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Calgary with fares starting as low as $939 return. This is for travel between Sydney and Vancouver, though flights to the three other cities won't cost you too much more.

Sample fares include:

  • Sydney to Vancouver from $939 return
  • Sydney to Toronto from $944 return
  • Sydney to Calgary from $947 return
  • Sydney to Montreal from $985 return

Travel is for various dates between October and December 2017, which is late autumn/early winter. While this does mean that the weather will definitely be cooling down, it's an ideal time if you're eyeing up a trip to the slopes or if you're in search of a white winter.

These flights are not part of any promotion and are available until sold out.
