Sample fares include Perth to Athens from $745 return, Sydney to Athens from $842 return, Melbourne to Athens from $844 return and Gold Coast to Athens from $857 return.

Qantas Airways' low-cost carrier Jetstar is offering discounted flights to a variety of destinations.

Sample fares include Darwin or Perth to Bali from $99 one-way, Melbourne to Singapore from $169 one-way and Sydney to Hawaii from $249 one-way.
