Best Flight Centre deals to look out for

Flight Centre always has an airfare bargain, and here are some of the regular sales we think you should keep an eye out for and some of the best deals we've seen recently:

  • Flight Club: Varying deals on flights around the world, including within Australia and to Asia, Europe and more. This offer is available every Friday afternoon.
  • Budget airline sales: Sales from AirAsia, Scoot and Jetstar that offer big bargains (we're walking about $300 return flights to Japan and $29 flights within Australia). This offer isn't a regularly scheduled sale, but does come up every few weeks with different offers.
  • Free return flights to Japan: Flight Centre often picks up Jetstar's infamous flight sale that gives you a free return flight when you book an outgoing ticket to Japan.

How do I get the best Flight Centre deals?

Flight Centre Review | Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Trusted brand: Flight Centre has been an Australian staple in the travel industry for more than 30 years.
  • 24/7 phone support: You can contact a Flight Centre representative at any time of the day.
  • Live chat: There’s live online chat support during the day.

Cons

  • No rewards club: There’s no loyalty program or rewards offered for returning to Flight Centre for future bookings.
  • No more price guarantee. Flight Centre has stopped its low-price guarantee where it would beat any airfare by $1.

Does Flight Centre price match?

Not anymore. Flight Centre used to offer a price-match guarantee, but unfortunately it's no longer available.

Does Flight Centre do payment plans?

Yes, Flight Centre offers the option to book now and pay later.

What is Flight Centre's price drop protection?

In times of uncertainty, opting for Flight Centre's Captain's Package gives you reassurance you are getting the most for your money. If your airfares drop in price before your departure date, Flight Centre will give the amount difference back in the form of a Flight Centre travel voucher. There are 4 tiers to opt in for and you can choose which option works best for you.

What is the Flight Centre cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies differ depending on what you’re booking. Often, the policies will be set directly by the airline, hotel, cruise line or other travel provider that you’re booking the service with. It’s best to confirm the cancellation policy when you’re completing your booking. If you’re unsure, contact a Flight Centre representative.
