It's almost tax time and the End of Financial Year travel sales are now coming in thick and fast. The best we've seen today comes from online travel agent Flight Centre, which has slashed prices on everything from flights and package holidays to cruises and hotel stays.

All are available for international travel with New Zealand, Asia Pacific, USA, Europe and more all heavily reduced. Domestic holiday packages are also on sale from $325.

Flights from $356 return:

For flights on the cheap, the one to beat is with Air New Zealand flying Brisbane to Wellington from $356 return. These are valid for travel from July-September which is perfect for anyone wishing to get there in time to hit the ski slopes.

Other amazing deals include:

  • Perth to Athens from $658 return flying Scoot: Those cheap Scoot fares to Europe are back. Starting from $658 return with Flight Centre, Scoot is currently advertising them from $309 each way (or $618 return) but you can use Flight Centre's lowest fare guarantee to get them to price-match the fare.
  • Sydney to San Francisco or Los Angeles from $899 on Fiji Airways: Catch full-service fares to California's two hottest cities for under $900 return. Travel from January-March for a post-Christmas break.
  • China Southern flights to Asia from $549 return: 4-star, full-service airline China Southern has flights to Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Seoul from various Australian cities starting from $549 on last-minute trips between October and November this year. Get on it!

Holiday packages from $325:

For those who like to book everything in one go, holiday packages are a godsend. Flight Centre has pulled together some top offers to get you on your way faster with Australian trips starting at $279 for 3-night stays in St Kilda, including flights from Adelaide with Tigerair.

Other amazing packages include:

  • Flights to Auckland + motorhome hire for 7 days from $599 per person: Take the ultimate week-long road trip through New Zealand with this flight and motorhome deal. Available from July to September 2018.
  • Flights to Amsterdam, plus 4-nights accommodation from $1,255: Jet set on Malaysia Airlines bound for the Netherlands in February and March 2019. Cheapest flights depart from Perth with departures from other cities available.
