What has been the company's biggest milestone to date?

We’ve taken a radical, data-driven approach to credit risk management, a big departure from traditional methods. As we initially thought it was never going to work, successfully rounding past our 100th client was a huge milestone for us as we had proven our model.

What’s your most useful advice for having a productive day?

A To-Do list. Some days are spontaneously manic so I need to have critical tasks written down otherwise they get overlooked. I prefer Outlook tasks as it integrates nicely with my mail.

Where do you see the company in 12 months?

With the past three years spent developing and finding a strong market fit, we’ve been driven by exceptional customer growth. We’re now heading into the next phase of growth, focusing on building our talent with key personnel. 2018 will mark the year of radical software development, customer product enhancement and partnerships worldwide.

Which book has had the most influence on your professional mindset?

Antifragile by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. This book taught me some fundamental rules that I now live by. Always be searching for life’s free options, things with small downside and a lot of upside. If you keep this in your mindset you can hope to carry less overall risk throughout your life at every opportunity.
