We build tools which help organisations comply with their legal obligations. Our adaptive eLearning platform is designed to assist clients in ensuring that their staff have been properly trained in a range of complex legal, compliance and ethical areas expected in today’s business environment.

What has been the company's biggest milestone to date?

The launch of our "Salt Adaptive" platform has enabled our clients to train vast numbers of staff quickly and efficiently, to a very high level of comprehension. American Express now uses the platform to train 120,000 people annually in eight different languages.

What’s your most useful advice for having a productive day?

Keep a notebook by your bed. If you are like me, ideas will be going through your head at all hours. Write them down, then you can park them until the morning and have a good night’s sleep.

Where do you see the company in 12 months?

The company has been growing rapidly in Australia and I don’t see that slowing down. We have also seen a lot of growth in the US and through our Singapore office into Asia. The growth of financial services in the ASEAN region will lead to a huge growth in demand for compliance training services.

Which book has had the most influence on your professional mindset?

Competitive Strategy by Michael E. Porter. It’s so important for businesses to understand where they sit in the competitive landscape and what strategies they can employ to make themselves sustainably successful.
