In two sentences or less, describe your product or service.

Complii is a dynamic and innovative regtech company‎ that offers products and services that drive higher efficiency and resource savings in the financial services industry. Complii was built and developed by financial services experts in response to the industry’s changing regulatory framework and we aim to improve business outcomes and make a lasting impact through technical automation.

What has been the company's biggest milestone to date?

Complii's most significant milestone to date has been its spinout to become its own independent entity and unlisted public company. This change has allowed the company to progress into a period of rapid growth and development, advancing both our existing capabilities and promising new and exciting innovations in the future.

What’s your most useful advice for having a productive day?

‎Like a balanced diet, I try to make sure I have a mix of action items and meetings daily, which stimulates my enthusiasm and helps me to influence other people in positive ways, both inside and outside of the business.

Where do you see the company in 12 months?

Our goal is to continue with the rapid growth we are experiencing today. We plan to broaden our product offerings to become a holistic provider for financial services firms while positioning ourselves in a listed environment in 2018.

Which book has had the most influence on your professional mindset?

Isaac Asimov's Foundation trilogy. These three books helped me to think more deeply about future outcomes through the calculated use of knowledge and gave me the ability to manufacture and influence outcomes through big idea planning, execution and thought leadership.
