What is the Findmypast returns policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days to do so and receive a full refund. The kit must be in its original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund and any original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for any incurred returns shipping costs.
