Earn Qantas Points at sea with Princess Cruises

Reward yourself while being treated like royalty at sea by earning Qantas Points with Princess Cruises. If you make a booking with Princess Cruises by 28 February 2017, you could earn up to 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent. There’s no shortage of places to go either, so you should be able to pick up points no matter where your dream cruise destination takes you. With 13 night trips around New Zealand from $2,056, 7 nights in Alaska from $1,228 and 14 nights cruising South-East Asia from $2,167, you can browse your ideal cruise routes via the Qantas Cruise website.

Browse up to 30% off Princess Cruise deals and sales here.

Put away your wallet, Westpac has your next Uber ride covered

Westpac is giving its customers the chance to cut back on Uber costs in 2017. When you link your new Westpac Altitude Credit Card to your Uber account, the bank will cover every second ride you take. You just have to apply on your mobile or online by 31 March 2017 and you’ll enjoy every other Uber trip for free! The offer is available for all trips until 30 September 2017 up until a value of $300, so you can scrap those ideas of scoring multiple $500 Uber rides for free.

Triple your Qantas Points on Airbnb bookings this weekend

Qantas Frequent Flyers have three times as many reasons to book their next Airbnb stay this weekend. If you book accommodation with Airbnb by 11.59pm this Sunday 19 February 2017, you’ll rack up 3 points per $1 spent on your stay. The promotion doesn’t specify any booking dates or restrictions, meaning you’re only limited by when you can book your annual leave! Plus, if you use a Qantas Frequent Flyer credit card to make your booking, you could maximise your potential points further still.

The only downfall is that your points won’t be credited to your account until eight weeks after your stay, so it’ll be a while before you can reap your rewards.

If you don’t make your booking by this Sunday night, you can still look forward to earning 1 Qantas Point per $1 on Airbnb bookings thanks to the newly formed alliance between the short-term lodging service and airline.

Protect yo’ neck with ahm Health Insurance and cash in up to 60,000 flybuys

Health insurance is one of those necessary costs that many people are reluctant to shell out for. So, if you’re going to suck it up and take out health insurance, you may as well reward yourself upfront for it. If you sign up for ahm Health Insurance by 28 February 2017, you’ll enjoy up to 60,000 bonus flybuys points and $200 off hospital and extras.

While the 60,000 bonus points is the big whopper, how many points you’ll earn will depend on the insurance package you sign up for. The higher the level of cover, the more points you’ll earn. Plus, you’ll also pick up more points if you sign up for a couple, families or single parents package than if you apply for single cover.

Here’s how many flybuys points you can earn when you join.

Singles cover

Insurance package Number of flybuys bonus points
Hospital and extras 30,000 points
Just hospital 15,000 points
Just extras 7,500 points

Couples, families and single parents

Insurance package Number of flybuys bonus points
Hospital and extras 60,000 points
Just hospital 30,000 points
Just extras 15,000 points

As long as you apply before the promotion end date, enter the promo code ‘FLYBUYS’ and have your flybuys card handy when you join, you can look forward to giving your points balance a boost within six months of joining. It’s not the sexiest way to pick up points, but if you’re already in the market for health insurance, you may as well reward yourself with 60k flybuys on the way.
