Score bonus points on everything from food delivery and car rentals to your next electricity bill.

This week’s Rewards Roundup is packed full of ways you can pick up extra points on everyday costs. Whether you’re ordering food through Deliveroo, booking a car rental or organising a hotel for your next getaway, we’ve got plenty of ways for you to earn bonus points with Qantas and Velocity. Plus, we’ll show you how you can win free movie passes just by scanning your flybuys card.

Order Deliveroo and supersize your rewards with 200 bonus Qantas Points

For the last year, Qantas Frequent Flyers have been able to collect 2 Qantas Points per $1 spent with Deliveroo. But did you know that if you order four or more times in a calendar month, you’ll pick up a bonus 200 Qantas Points?

Plus, if you download the Deliveroo app and link it to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account before you make your first order, you can pick up a tasty bonus of 1,000 Qantas Points.

Earn bonus Velocity Points on car rentals

Velocity Frequent Flyers can now earn 4 points per $1 spent on car rentals with Europcar. This is an increase of 1 point and is now on par with Qantas’s offering. To celebrate, if you make a booking on or before 7 February 2018 for hire until 15 February 2018, you’ll have the chance to land 1 million Velocity Points. There are only four 1 million point prizes up for grabs, but you’ve got to be in it to win it!

Sign up to EnergyAustralia to win 1 million Velocity Points

You could reward yourself just by switching on the lights with Velocity’s latest deal. If you sign up to a new EnergyAustralia electricity or gas plan by 5 November 2017, you’ll go into the draw to win one of two prizes of 1 million Velocity Points!

Even if you don’t land the 1 mil, you’ll still receive 5,000 Velocity Points for each new account plus 2,000 points on the anniversary of your account each year.

Collect 1,500 Velocity Points on your next hotel booking

Are you organising your next getaway? If you book a stay for two nights or more at any of the eligible 3,400 AccorHotels hotels, you could score 1,500 bonus Velocity Points!

You just need to join the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program, log in to your account, nominate “Velocity Frequent Flyer” as your automatic conversion option and make your booking by 6 November 2017. Some of the partnered hotels include Sofitel, Pullman, The Sebel and Novotel. Just make sure your booking is made for a stay before 30 January 2018 to nab the bonus points.

Scan your flybuys card to win your share of 25,000 movie passes

Hey film fanatics! flybuys is giving away 25,000 double movie passes to Village, Event, Place, Reading and other independent cinemas this month. To enter the draw, you just need to scan your flybuys card and you’ll receive one entry for every $50 you spend at Coles. You’ll also get an entry when you buy select products from competition partners (such as Coca-Cola, Mars and Starburst) or for every 1kg of fresh apples purchased at Coles. You can visit the flybuys website for the full list of eligible purchases and retailers.

The competition is only open until 31 October 2017, so start spending to throw your hat in the ring!
