Receive a complimentary Qantas Lounge invitation with Qantas Cash
Want to start your next holiday in the comfort of a Qantas Lounge? Well, with the Qantas Cash card, you can. For a limited time, when you load foreign currency onto your Qantas Cash card, you could receive up to two complimentary Qantas Lounge invitations. You will have to meet some loading thresholds to snag the invitations, though.

Plus, you can also look forward to earning 1.5 Qantas Points per $1 spent with the foreign currency on eligible purchases overseas. So, if you loaded your card with USD $3,000, you’d collect 4,500 Qantas Points and a complimentary Qantas Lounge invitation.

Earn up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points with Bupa
Velocity has partnered with Bupa to give you yet another way to earn frequent flyer points on everyday purchases! So, to celebrate its new union, Velocity is offering up to 80,000 Velocity Points to members who sign up for cover in June 2017. If you take out families and couples cover you can earn up to 80,000 Velocity Points or 40,000 Velocity Points if you sign up for singles policies. Just make sure you pay your premium via a direct debit to earn the points.
Qantas launches its first credit card: the Qantas Premier Mastercard
Qantas kicked off this week with the launch of its very first credit card. The Qantas Premier Mastercard is issued by Citi and it’s the first credit card offered by the airline’s new financial brand Qantas Money.
To give your balance a boost, the platinum product comes packed with 60,000 bonus Qantas Points when you spend $3,000 in the first 90 days. You’ll also earn 2 points per $1 spent on Qantas flights, Qantas Club membership and purchases through the Qantas Store, 1.5 points per $1 spent overseas and 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on eligible purchases in Australia up to $10,000 per month (0.5 points per $1 after that).
Other perks include two Qantas airport lounge invitations each year, complimentary travel insurance and up to 20% off domestic flights when you book through the Premier Concierge service. The card comes at the cost of a $149 annual fee in the first year (and $299 p.a. thereafter), though.
