How do I join the Finder Bitcoin Drop Party?

For new members:

  1. Head to www.finder.com.au/bitcoin-drop-party.
  2. Tap the coin to reveal how much Bitcoin you can claim.
  3. Tap "Claim in the Finder app" if on mobile phone, or scan the QR code with your mobile phone if on desktop to download the Finder app.
  4. Once downloaded, open the app, tap "Sign up" and complete the sign-up process.
  5. Tap to claim your Bitcoin drop.
  6. Verify your identity.
  7. Once verified, tap "Go to your wallet".
  8. Your Bitcoin drop will appear under "Recent activity" and also be added to your Bitcoin holdings.

For existing members:

If you already have the Finder app, you can join the drop party by following these steps:

  1. Open the Finder app.
  2. Tap "ENTER" on the Bitcoin Drop Party banner.
  3. Tap on the "Claim your free Bitcoin" button, or visit www.finder.com.au/bitcoin-drop-party if you can't see the button.
  4. Tap the coin to reveal how much Bitcoin you can claim.
  5. Tap "Claim in the Finder app".
  6. Complete the verification process if you haven't done so already.
  7. Once verified, tap "Go to your wallet".
  8. Your Bitcoin drop will appear under "Recent activity" and also be added to your Bitcoin holdings.

When does the Bitcoin Drop Party start and finish?

The promotion started on 21 February and ends at 5pm on 7 March.

Are all states eligible to participate?

Residents of all states and territories, except the ACT, are eligible to participate.

How do I enter the draw for daily Bitcoin drops?

Once you've claimed your Bitcoin drop, you can enter the daily draw by tapping "ENTER" on the Bitcoin Drop Party banner in the Finder app and then tapping "Get on the Droplist". You'll then need to complete one of the following actions to enter the draw:

  • Buy crypto in the Finder app
  • Set up a recurring trade in the Finder app
  • Successfully invite a friend to the Finder app

Congratulations, you are now on the daily drop list. Please note that you only need to enter the daily drop draw once to be eligible for daily drops until the end of the party. You can only win a maximum of one daily drop and winning a "drop" reward is not guaranteed. You will be notified if you have successfully won a daily drop.

Where can I enter my Bitcoin Drop Party promo code?

Open the Finder app and head to the "Dashboard" tab. Tap "Rewards" in the top right corner, enter your code and then tap "Claim code".

How many drops can I win?

Everyone who joins the party will receive a Bitcoin drop. You then also have the chance to win another drop by joining the droplist. Once you have joined the droplist, you'll automatically be entered into the daily draws for the rest of the promotion.

What is the minimum buy and sell for Bitcoin and Ethereum?

The minimum buy and sell amount is $5. There are no trading fees when buying or selling cryptocurrency.

How are the rewards claimed by the winners?

Drop Party rewards will be dropped into your Finder Wallet as Bitcoin.

Where can I find my rewards?

You can see your Bitcoin drops by heading to the "Crypto" tab in your Finder app. Your drops will automatically appear under "Recent activity" when they are claimed, and will also be added to your Bitcoin holdings.

Can members withdraw the Bitcoin that they have won via the promotion?

Yes. Standard withdrawal fees for BTC apply.
