  • Tabua Club. The Tabua Club is Fiji Airways’ rewards club. Benefits include priority service, flight upgrades, and access to members lounges.
  • Share frequent flyer miles with other airlines. Frequent travellers can earn and spend points when they fly with Fiji Airways, Qantas, American Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
  • Online check-in. You can check-in online up to three hours before your international flight.

Cons

  • Not all tickets are changeable. Check your ticket type before placing a reservation if you think you might need to make changes prior to departure.
  • Limited Australian departure points. If you’re flying from somewhere other than Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you’ll need to book a connection to your Fiji Airways flight.

What’s the Fiji Airways baggage policy?

Fiji Airways allows passengers to take hand luggage weighing up to 7kg each. Economy passengers are permitted to take one bag, and business class passengers can take two. The checked baggage rules differ depending on your route, but most international flights allow each passenger one complimentary checked bag weighing up to 23kg.

There are four ticket types and cancellation policies differs depending on which one you’ve purchased:Bula Saver, Bula Plus, Biz Saver and Biz Plus. Bula Saver and Biz Saver tickets are not refundable, although travellers on Biz Saver can get 50% of the ticket price refunded if the cancellation is made prior to departure. Bula Plus and Biz Plus tickets are refundable although a cancellation fee applies.
