Beauty product of the week: Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint
Long lasting? Hydrating? Good colour that doesn't bleed? Tick, tick and tick.
Why we love this product
A red lipstick is iconic. It's a bold statement that can turn any day around and give you a boost of confidence.
However, finding the perfect red lipstick isn't always the easiest task. In fact, it's harder than some would think.
There are multiple shades of red as well as undertones, so finding one to match your skin tone is a task in itself. Then there is the question of quality, whether it bleeds and how long it lasts.
Luckily enough, I've found the lipstick that ticks all the boxes and meets the standard and we can all thank Rihanna for it.
In fact, the red lipstick that I will probably now own for the rest of my life is the Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint. Fenty Beauty only recently launched but this lipstick has a cult following unlike any other product. Why you ask? It looks amazing on every single skin tone. It is a true red.
Not only that but when putting this lipstick on, the wand's unique design (which I thought was odd at first, I'll admit) allows you to apply the lipstick more easily than any other liquid lipstick I have had before.
One of the biggest issues I've faced with liquid lipsticks in particular is that they are never long lasting. I either get that line on the inner lip or it becomes crumbly and drying. I experienced neither of these things with this lipstick, in fact, I felt as though it was hydrating!
In terms of affordability, I don't think this lipstick is too expensive but I wouldn't say ridiculously cheap either. Retailing for $36, this may feel a little pricy for one lipstick but trust me when I say it's worth it. You not only get a significant amount of product, but you barely use any when applying it due to the intense pigment. This lipstick will last you a while!
