9 ways fashionable girls are preparing for Black Friday 2019

Embrace your inner fashionista and learn from the best with these hot tips for Black Friday.

It's fair to say, planning your Black Friday shopping is not the easiest. You'll feel multiple emotions on Black Friday but it's most important to be prepared! The best way to do so? Learn from the best of the best.

For fashion girls, shopping is their cardio and they're damn proud of it. They know where and how to shop quickly (and efficiently) and this is definitely no different on Black Friday! Keep scrolling to see how these shopping queens perfect the art of mastering the Black Friday sales.

1. Ditch the crowds, shop online

Our favourite thing about online shopping is the fact that we can sit in our pyjamas and drink a glass of wine, but on Black Friday this is the only option.

For the fashionista, she has her shops she wants to hit and the expectations that all her coveted items would be in the one store is unrealistic. Ditch the crowds and lines and just get it sorted. For Black Friday, a fellow style queen is pitching her tent online when it comes time to shop.

2. Get a spreadsheet together. Seriously

Fashion-obsessed individuals can be die-hard fans for multiple stores or brands, and when Black Friday mania hits it can be hard to remember them all. So get a spreadsheet together! Yes, you can laugh and you may think it’s excessive but when the fashionable girls are checking out their cart in less than five minutes you will not be.

List your store, any sale details and a link to the site so you can smash it all out with all the info in one sheet. Simple!

3. Have a wish list sorted

Rather than wasting their time scrolling through pages and pages of sales and products, the fashion-forward female will already have this done before Black Friday.

By placing everything you want into a pre-existing wish list or adding it to your cart in advance, most of the work is already done and all that needs to be done is click that lovely "add to cart" button.

4. Following the brands' social media

Whether it’s Twitter, Facebook or Instagram it’s time to get your stalker mode on. A lot of Black Friday hints happen via social media and if there is anything worth knowing it’s definitely going to go up there first! So get following and keep your eyes peeled.

You can even get notifications and alerts for all your favourite brands – and trust us, you want to be the first one to know when the sales go live.

5. Signing up for all the email newsletters

Similar to social media, sometimes companies like to get a leg up and start their Black Friday sales a little early. Signing up to emails can get you in before the crowds (well, internet crowds) and checked out before it’s even Black Friday!

They also send out cheeky promo codes and top picks so it’s definitely good to stay in the know!

6. Knowing your measurements. Because returning things sucks

Probably one of the key lessons of shopping online (that fashionable girls have likely learned the hard way) is knowing your measurements. This is so important when it comes to Black Friday that it’s crazy.

A major con when ordering online is receiving an item that doesn’t quite fit because you can't try it on (duh!). The best way to avoid this? Check out the size guide and voila! Problem solved!

7. Knowing where to find all the Black Friday sales

Sometimes sales are not necessarily automatically applied and fashion girls make sure they are always in the know when it comes to promo codes. So rather than panicking and wasting precious shopping time, familiarise yourself with this list of over 300 great deals and codes!

8. Prioritising

Thinking that everything will be available and you’ll be able to get every single thing on your list may be setting the bar a bit too high! Black Friday is the shopping event of the year and everyone’s going to be after some hot deals.

Fashion girls know what they want first and make sure they get it rather than wasting time on the "not as important" products or sales that aren't as good!

9. Group shopping

Sometimes getting everything on your list is more of a mission than you’ve bargained for! Therefore, it’s time to rally the team and get it sorted with some group Black Friday shopping.

Whether you’re wanting to split expensive shopping costs or you just need a mate to help you out, fashion girls know how to use their squad to the full potential!
