From mohair to military, the Erdem x H&M collaboration lookbook has been revealed and there's something for everyone.

H&M designer collections have been incredibly popular in the past, and judging by the recently released lookbook for the upcoming Erdem x H&M collaboration, this popularity will continue. Following in the footsteps of Alexander Wang, Balmain, Kenzo and Stella McCartney, the collaboration is already turning heads.

Known for his designs' feminine shapes and floral-heavy features, Erdem Moralioglu is turning heads with his input to the collaboration, which is releasing a menswear line for the very first time. The designer brings with him a courageous use of fabrics and textures to bring something new to the H&M brand, using jacquard and heavy silks to translate his designs from concept to reality.

Though the colour scheme of the collaboration is definitely leaning towards a darker hue for the US and European autumn/winter season, we all know how florals can work for an Australian spring.

If that's not enticing enough, cinema legend and Australian favourite Baz Luhrmann is directing the campaign. From the teaser trailer alone, we can see how floaty and romantic it will be with him at the helm. Having directed films such as Moulin Rouge! and The Great Gatsby (which both feature incredible costumes), we have no doubt that the campaign will be a success.

The collection will land in US stores on 2 November as well as online, but there's no word yet on when it'll reach Australian shores. In the meantime, check out our favourite stores just like H&M. Stay tuned for details and check out some of the designs below!
