Beauty product of the week: Embalm Invigorating Body Scrub
If you love soft, supple and invigorated skin, then this scrub is the one for you.
Why we love this product
This body scrub is made solely out of natural ingredients (100% vegan), which is great if you have sensitive skin. Unlike other scrubs which tend to include harsh chemicals, this scrub is perfectly fine for even the most delicate skin. It contains Matcha Green Tea, which promotes skin elasticity and leaves your skin soft and supple. The essential oils awaken your senses, leaving your skin bright and youthful, hence the invigorating part of the name!
Honestly, the smell of this scrub wasn't my favourite because it contains ginger - but if you like ginger this will be right up your alley. The other ingredients like lavender, ylang-ylang and bergamot rejuvenate all smell amazing and promote that radiant glow you get after using this product.
I used this product in the shower to minimise mess and it came with a handy little spoon to help scoop out the scrub. I didn't need to use a lot of the product to spread it all over, meaning I could get about 5 total body scrubs out of the one packet. The product only needs a gentle scrub for about three minutes then I washed it off. Due to the oil in the product, I did need to use body wash to remove the oily layer on my skin. The scrub even took off some of the fake tan residue on my legs!
Once out of the shower the results were instant. The softness of my skin was the first thing I noticed, with the scrub removing any flaky or dry patches. Second was the glow; this product really does invigorate your skin and leaves you looking bright and hydrated.
Affordability
This body scrub is $44.95, so it's not the cheapest scrub on the market. However, Embalm does offer Afterpay, so that's only four instalments of $11.24!
Where you can get it
You can only buy this scrub directly from Embalm unfortunately. However, the company offers Afterpay as well as free shipping on any order over $75.
