EatNow’s founders have launched a beauty and lifestyle booking platform
Did someone order an easy way to book beauty appointments? EatNow's founders have officially launched their brand new beauty and lifestyle booking platform, Bookwell.com.au.
Since merging their first startup (EatNow) with Menulog in 2015, co-founders Matt Dyer and Nathan Airey have been working on the introduction of a brand new beauty and lifestyle booking platform. The beta version launched in 2016 to great success and now we've got even better news.
It's officially live.

With over 700 businesses currently using the platform across Australia, Bookwell is on the way to becoming very comprehensive. Its top-listed categories include massage, nails, waxing and hair removal, hair, face, eyes/brows/lashes, fitness, tanning, alternative therapy and more. The vendors are all over the country, with a focus on capital cities.
Apart from Bookwell's range of vendors and services, one of the biggest reasons for the platform's growth is its funding – it's raised over $2.6 million in investments.
How do you use Bookwell?
The website is very straightforward – finding a nearby provider requires only your postcode/suburb and the type of treatment you're after. Select your preferred provider and from there all you have to do is choose the treatment, then find a time and date that suits you. It streamlines the process and makes it a lot easier for anyone who isn't fond of booking over the phone.
Co-founder Matt Dyer told Techly, "From the customer side, they can view and compare venues, see real time what appointments are available and book and pay online. From the venue side, they are given a calendar to manage their bookings and get access to new customers to grow their business."
From food to streamlined beauty services, you've got to be happy with that.
