These colourful new kicks will transport you to the happiest place on earth.

If you're getting a little tired of the minimalist sneaker styles of late, adidas is about to release something a little more your speed. In collaboration with Disney, the sportswear behemoth has just debuted a brand new UltraBOOST that will have you guffawing all the way to the sneaker store.

Release date: Unknown

Price: US$180

Where to buy: adidas

Arriving in a black Primeknit upper, the "Goofy" features your favourite Disney pal embroidered all over in red, yellow, blue and green hues. In each image, the cartoon character can be seen surfing, playing baseball or just, well, being Goofy.

The colour theme continues onto a multi-hued tongue and into red and blue tips on the laces. Additional detailing sees co-branding on the insoles and rainbow "UltraBOOST" text on the heel.

As this is a first look, no release details have been announced, but we'll keep you updated as more information becomes available.

We do know that the kicks are rumoured to be priced at US$180 and will likely be available first on the adidas site. We may also see them appear in usual stockists like JD Sports and Platypus Shoes too, so it could be worth keeping an eye on their social accounts.

According to sneaker 'gram @yankeekicks, the Goofy sneakers may not be the only design up for grabs either. In a post, it says that the "Goofy" is just a sample from a wider adidas Ultraboost x Disney World range.

Given that Disney and adidas recently released Mickey Mouse iterations of both the Stan Smith 3D and UltraBOOST models, this definitely seems likely, so stay tuned for further releases.
