How do I get started with DiDi?

Rideshare pick-up zones at Perth Airport

Yes, you can now catch DiDi from Perth Airport.

Once you're ready to leave the terminal, luggage in hand, you can request your ride with DiDi as you normally would.

There are dedicated pick-up bays for rideshares within walking distance of each terminal. Follow the directions given in the app or the signs around the terminal and head to your nearest rideshare pick-up bay.

There is a $3 airport fee for rideshare pick-ups that will be added to your ride total.

DiDi rates in Perth

DiDi Express is an easy way to get around Perth for single riders or groups of four or less.

The amount you'll be charged is built on a series of fees which includes a base fare, booking fee and per kilometre and per minute charge. A minimum fare applies for short journeys and tolls and surcharges may be added depending on your driving route.

Do DiDi cars have baby seats?

No. DiDi doesn't provide an option to request a baby seat. If you're stuck without one, UberX cars have a "car seat" option for an additional $10 fee.

While service animals are accommodated, pets are up to the discretion of the driver. It is your responsibility to contact the driver through the app to ask for permission and conditions before the ride begins.
