How do I get started with DiDi?

DiDi is available at Newcastle Airport and you can find your driver at the public pick-up zone outside the terminal on the arrivals end.
To save time, you can request your ride before heading to the designated pick-up area. There's a $3.30 airport surcharge for airport departures.

DiDi offers one ride option in Newcastle called DiDi Express. The service will suit single passengers and groups of four or less looking for an affordable way to get around the city.
Ride fares are made up of a base rate, booking fee, time and distance rates and surcharges, tolls and fees.
Fares can also sometimes be increased when demand for rides heightens. You might see this during rush hour, bad weather or special events. You'll be informed of any increase through a "surge pricing" notification before completing the booking.
