How do I get started with DiDi?

DiDi pick-up zones at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport

DiDi is available at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. To accommodate it there are dedicated pick-up spots to help you locate your driver. All airport pick-ups incur a rideshare access fee of $4.48, which is automatically added to your DiDi fare.

Meeting your driver depends on which terminal you've arrived in.

Passengers flying into Terminals 1, 2 or 3 should follow the "Rideshare" signs to the Rideshare Pick-up lane outside T2 between the bus stop and the short-term parking lot.

Passengers flying into Terminal 4 need to get to Level 2 inside the T4 Ground Transport Hub to be picked up.

Here's how to request a driver once you're at the pick-up spot:

  1. Open the app
  2. Pick the right terminal departure location
  3. Choose the best ride option to fit all passengers and your luggage
  4. Tap "Request"

Here's what your walk will look like from your terminal to your pick-up point:
