DiDi is available at Brisbane Airport and there are dedicated pick-up zones located a short walk from each terminal.
For domestic arrivals, DiDi pick-up is right outside the terminal on the central road between passenger pick-up and drop-off and taxi pick-up. Once you exit the terminal, cross two pedestrian crossings to find it on either side of the Skywalk.
International arrivals can head to the southern end of the terminal (towards the city) on level 2 and follow the signs down the ramp to the pick-up area.
There is a surcharge of $4 for airport pick-ups which is automatically added to your fare.
DiDi in Brisbane has one ride type called DiDi Express for an affordable choice for everyday rides of four passengers and fewer.
Ride fares are made up of a base fare, a booking fee, charges per minute and per kilometre and any tolls, fees and surcharges incurred during your ride.
Surge pricing may also apply when driver demand increases which could be because of bad weather, rush hour or special events.
For an idea of cost, we looked at fare estimates for a trip between Brisbane Airport and South Bank, which is around 20km. A DiDi Express ride would cost approximately $43.30.
