Dego Finance is a decentralised finance (DeFi) project which aims to disrupt the utility of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). NFTs are tokenised versions of either digital or real-world assets. According to the Dego Finance website, users can readily mint new NFTs and launch them for auction or trade. The platform has also focused on integrating with multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Polkadot and Binance Smart Chain as well as layer-2 technologies to help developers create more-diverse and featureful NFT applications. The Dego NFT Suite is designed to offer products to cover the full lifecycle of NFTs. Dego NFT Foundry allows users to mint NFTs with unique attributes and rarity grades. Dego NFT Mining can be used to stake NFTs and mine rewards, while Dego NFT Marketplace allows users to trade NFTs with other users. DEGO is the governance and equity token of the Dego platform. It allows token holders to vote on development proposals and pay for NFT minting, staking, auctions and trading.
