What are the other advantages of being a CUA Health member?

The deals listed above aren’t the only reason you should think about switching to CUA Health as this fund also offers a number of other member benefits, including:

  • Easy claims. With the CUA Health Mobile Claims app at your disposal, you only need to upload a photo of your receipt or invoice to make an extras claim.
  • Extra dental cover for kids. When you take out extras cover with CUA Health, your children receive additional general dental benefits for routine dental services. You will not have to pay any gap up to a total value of $250 per visit for two visits a year.
  • Kids covered up to 23 years of age. If you choose a Family or Single Parent policy with CUA Health, your children are automatically covered under your policy until they reach 23 years of age (or 25 if they’re studying full-time).
  • Your choice of provider. You have the freedom to choose any registered healthcare provider you wish; there is no need to choose from a list of preferred providers supplied by the health fund.
  • Discounts for CUA home loan customers. If you also have a CUA Rate Breaker Home Loan, you’re entitled to enjoy one month of free CUA Health insurance premiums each year.
  • Range of excess options. CUA Health offers hospital cover policies with a range of excess options available. By choosing a policy with an excess you can enjoy lower premiums.
  • Increasing benefit limits. If you choose Total Extras, CUA Health’s top extras cover option, the maximum benefit limit for physio, chiro and Wellness Benefits increases each year for the first three years of cover.
