Pros and cons of Crust Pizza

  • Detailed ingredient information - Choose any item from the Crust Pizza menu and you can find out just what goes into it in terms of calories, energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat and sugar.
  • Go half-half - Crust Pizza allows you to go half-half on your pizza orders and you get to choose from their entire range of upper crust, traditional, chicken, meat, seafood and vegetarian pizzas.
  • Build your own - People who like to come up with their own combinations can build their own pizzas and this includes choosing from different types of dough, base styles, meats, vegetables, seafood and cheese.

  • Store timings - Not all Crust Pizza stores follow the same hours of operation and this is something that requires your attention before you decide to place an order.

Pick up and deliveries

Picking your order up from a store, almost always, is quicker than having your order delivered. Delivery time on weekdays stands at around 50 minutes and this extends to an hour on weekends.

In the given example, while delivery time is about 50 minutes, the order is ready for pick up in 15 minutes. For people who do not live far from a Crust Pizza store, picking up orders can help save time. VIPPs qualify for free deliveries and all other orders attract a $2 delivery fee.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

In the event of any kind of a problem with your order you can get in touch with the store that your order comes from or you can also contact the Crust Pizza customer care department via phone and email. Dealing with each complaint happens on a case by case basis.

About Crust Pizza and history

In October 2001 Crust Pizza opened its first store in Annandale, New South Wales. After Sydney, Crust Pizza moved to Melbourne, opening its Richmond store in 2002 and the Crust Pizza website was born in 2002. This year also saw Crust Pizza delivering orders in distinct black boxes, a definite first for pizza chains in Australia. In July 2010, by the time this name became more than just an established business, it received the Australian Business Award for Retail Excellence. In addition, in the same year it ranked eighth by stores and fourteenth by revenue in BRW's list of Australia's fastest growing franchises.
