Crowne Plaza's coronavirus (COVID-19) cancellation and changes policy update

As of 17 March, Crowne Plaza is waiving cancellation fees on new and existing bookings for global stays between 9 March - 30 April 2020.

If you're looking to book with Crowne Plaza after 30 April, the Best Flexible Rate option built into rates and packages when booking, allows guests to change or cancel their reservation one to two days before arrival. Guests will not be charged a change or cancellation fee, but addition room costs may apply.

If you have booked through a travel agent or online booking site, you should contact them directly. These companies have been informed of Crowne Plaza's cancellation policy.
