The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is here! It's time to witness the world's 10 best teams play across 48 matches in pursuit of the ultimate in one-day international cricket glory.
Every four years, the best one-day international (ODI) teams in the world gather to see who is the king of the 50-over game. The ICC Cricket World Cup is one of the greatest events on the global sporting calendar and it's one in which Australia has shone. In fact, Australia has won the tournament 5 times out of 11, including 4 of the last 5.
However, Australia has not gone into any Cricket World Cup this century ranked this low (fifth). The door is very much open for the high-flying England and India teams to pounce. While New Zealand and South Africa are also both well-placed to have a crack at winning their maiden titles.
One thing is for sure: the Cricket World Cup is must-watch TV and Finder will be there every step of the way with you. Through this page you'll find extensive guides to every team and match, comparisons on all your Cricket World Cup broadcasting options, historical stats and the most important news as it arrives out of England.

FOX CRICKET 501 is a Fox Sports channel broadcast through Foxtel IQ, Foxtel Now and Kayo Sports. We have put together an extensive comparison of these options, but here is a brief overview.
Of these three, Kayo Sports offers the most compelling Cricket World Cup broadcast experience for a number of reasons: it shows every match live and on demand, it's the cheapest fully fledged service, it works on almost every device (including your TV) and it has some brilliant, unique viewing features. The latter includes the ability to jump to key moments (such as sixes, fours and wickets) on the timeline. How do the Cricket World Cup finals work?
The Cricket World Cup has a svelte finals series that begins after the 45 matches from the group stage have been completed. In the group stage, each team plays nine matches – one each against the other competing teams. Upon the completion of those matches, a top four is established based on points accumulated for victories.
The semi-finals then commence, with first playing fourth and second playing third. The winners of semi-finals then meet in the final, which takes place on 14 July.
