The Counos platform is a blockchain and service protocol. The project is based in Switzerland and is designed to facilitate payments, clear invoices and allow the easy exchange of fiat currencies. As defined in the white paper, the platform aims to establish an economic community and currently offers a wide variety of services, including a decentralised exchange, escrow services, a payment gateway, digital wallets and a mining pool.
One of the native tokens to the Counos ecosystem is called CCXX. Designed as an attractive payment tool for retailers and consumers, it's the first cryptocurrency that has a fixed bid and ask price. Merchants can set a fixed price for a product, which will then remain stable since the price of Counos X remains stable.
Counos X is designed so its price offers stability for consumers and merchants, which distinguishes it from other major cryptocurrencies that are volatile in price.
