- Quality of items. You do pay for what you get with Costume Box. The store has a "quality" rating guide which ranges from "cheap and cheerful" to "premium standard". Be aware that paying less provides you with simpler designs, thinner economy fabrics, raw, unhemmed edges and items that are not constructed for repeated washing and wear.
- Size exchanges require you to repurchase. To exchange your costume for another size, you'll have to return your original order and repurchase the appropriate size. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

If you are located in Sydney, you have two delivery options, Want it Now and Next Day. The rest of Australia is offered the Next Day delivery service only. Please refer to the following table for the delivery rates and times for CostumeBox orders:

How do returns to Costume Box work?
Costume Box offers a 100-days "no worries" returns policy. If you wish to return your costume, you may do so providing the item is unworn and still in its original packaging. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, visit the "returns" section of the Costume Box site, follow the online prompts to process a return, print out the shipping label provided and return your item via ParcelPoint or Australia Post.
