#foodporn. That is all.
Get your cameras out foodies, these are the coolest, most Instagram-worthy dishes rivalling the lights for attention at Vivid Sydney this year.
No joke. We're talking neon-coloured burgers, glowing cocktails, indulgent desserts and everything in-between.
Enough chit chat. More snap snap.
Agreed?

Zeta Bar sliders
The Hilton's Zeta Bar takes out the most creative savoury dish with its offering of four mini sliders in green, charcoal, yellow and pink. They go down best with a Light & Shadow cocktail (Ketel One Vodka, limoncello, passionfruit puree, pineapple, lime juice, and jalapeno syrup).
Opera Bar shots and cocktails
Opera Bar is your one-stop shop for Vivid cocktails this year. Keep scrolling for more. This is the bar's first and finest offering: four multi-coloured oyster shots, featuring indigenous berries and herbs like lemon myrtle and finger limes. ($20)
Blue and Green Should Be Seen: A gorgeous mix of Belvedere vodka, blue curacao, lemon, almond, pineapple, bitters & nutmeg, topped with edible flowers & jellybeans ($19)
Whip It Good: Belvedere vodka, vanilla, grapefruit soda, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with hundreds and thousands ($19)
Pink Light Disco: Because you can never have enough pink. This cocktail features hibiscus-infused Belvedere vodka, aperol, vanilla, lemon, rhubarb bitters and rosewater mist, laced with Persian fairy floss. ($19)
Lobby Lounge @ Shangri-La cocktail
This drink practically glows in front of you. Named Liquid Lights, its a rosemary and spice cocktail with grenadine that comes paired with a scorched Hiramasa kingfish skewer. As garnish, you've got a fresh chili and flaked sea salt. Do with it what you will.
Bowery Lane New York inspired desserts
Did someone say dessert? Bowery Lane is serving up a mouth-wateringly artistic choice in the form of a PB&J Soft Serve Cookie Sandwich. That's peanut jelly cookies with peanut butter and jelly soft serve and strawberry ice cream, topped with toasted peanuts, dehydrated strawberries, strawberry jelly and smashed waffle. Put down that camera and pick one up soon. This one needs to be smashed.
Sofitel Sydney Wentworth cocktail
Lit up botanicals - it's a thing. And the Sofitel Wentworth knows it. The hotel's bar has taken inspiration from the glowing hues of Vivid to craft this installation. It's a gin-based cocktail that comes with a neon coaster to light up your drink just so. Simple, yet effective.
8Bits+Bites burgers @ Martin Place
OK this one might stray from your colourful Vivid food offering but trust us, it's still pretty cool. At 8Bits+Bites a whole slew of burger joints are competing for the crown of best burger. This one's Bang Bang Cafes, it's a Spring Beef burger (spring rolls and beef - geddit!) The burgers change weekly so you never know what you're gonna get.
Lotus Moon ice cream @ The Galeries
Dressed in the colours and likeness of Vivid is dumpling bar Lotus Moon's contribution to your food porn feed. It was only around for one night (9 June) so if you missed it, you'll have to live vicariously through its Insta posts. For those who are curious, it was a mango ice cream dipped in white chocolate and coconut and finished with a rainbow shimmer.
