Vivid Sydney is returning to transform the harbour and CBD into a technicolour wonderland this month. And to treat frequent flyers travelling to Sydney, Virgin is giving Velocity members complimentary Virgin Australia Lounge access for travel packages booked by 15 May 2018.

The packages include flights, accommodations and sometimes cruises or dinner deals. Make sure that you include your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of booking and you’ll receive one single-entry Virgin Australia lounge pass per guest for each leg of your trip.

As well as avoiding the crowded public waiting areas, Virgin Australia Lounge guests can enjoy complimentary food and beverages including barista coffee, cold snacks and drinks as well as fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. You can also treat yourself to a fully-serviced bar stocked with premium wines, boutique beers, fresh cocktails and more from 11am every day. You can also freshen up before your flight with bathroom and shower facilities, complimentary towels and amenities.

If you’re travelling for work, you can make use of private work spaces and meeting rooms. The lounges are also equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and plenty of charging ports. You can also enjoy a more seamless travel experience thanks to dedicated check-in and flight information services.

Unless you have a credit card with complimentary Virgin Lounge access or if you’re a lifetime Velocity member, these lounge passes usually set you back $65 a pop. So this Vivid deal isn’t a bad way to add some luxury to your trip without the extra cost!
