What’s in the ColourPop Cosmetics Lunar New Year 2020 collection?
Start your new year feeling lucky with this adorable collection celebrating the Year of the Rat.
With 2020 just around the corner, we're already seeing a ton of major brands preparing for the Chinese New Year. Nike, adidas and Converse have already revealed some hype-worthy collections for the celebration and now ColourPop Cosmetics is joining in too.
A first look at the makeup range has just been revealed by breaking beauty 'gram Trendmood, and you're definitely going to want to get your hands on it when it drops.
Arriving on 3 January on the ColourPop Cosmetics site, the collection is decked out in gorgeous red and gold packaging sporting a very cute looking rat on the front.
Surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be an eyeshadow palette in the range, which is a strange move from the brand, but there are still plenty of other items to get excited about.
First up, a Lucky You Super Shock Cheek Duo sees a glittery gold highlighter paired with a shimmery bronzer.
Three Lux Liquid Lipsticks meanwhile arrive in The Good Fortune Trio. The creamy lipsticks come in three shades of Take A Bow (berry), On Cloud Dynasty (Brick Red) and It's A Banger (rose).
Be warned that the formulas aren't kiss-proof, so you might want to whip these out for family occasions rather than date night.
A deluxe sounding Fourth Ray Beauty White Tea Face Milk rounds out the collection. Featuring a replenishing moisture booster, the nourishing formula is the perfect way to kickstart your skincare routine for 2020.
If you're looking for more collections to stock up your makeup bag, ColourPop also recently dropped a glittery Good As Gold range that will have you looking sun-kissed and holiday-ready in no time.
The stunning Butterfly collection is also still up for grabs, so you might want to jump online and nab it before it disappears. Just remember to check out the latest ColourPop discounts before you shop to see if you can save yourself some cash.
If the ColourPop Cosmetics range isn't your style, you can also check out all the other Chinese New Year 2020 makeup collections we've seen so far.
