What is The Collection Bar and how can you get The Iconic purchases delivered there?

The Collection Bar is the answer for anyone who’s ever missed a home delivery, or failed to return an item they bought online because the whole process is just too hard.

What is The Collection Bar?

The Collection Bar is a place in the Broadway Shopping Centre that you can get your online shopping delivered to. Simply shop online at The Iconic, and opt to get your orders delivered straight to The Collection Bar, rather than your office or home.

The advantage? You can try on your new clothes in their change room facilities, and if it doesn't fit right, return them immediately and with no extra cost.

What brands deliver to The Collection Bar?

Here’s the bad news: You can only shop at The Iconic if you want your packages delivered to The Collection Bar.

Now here’s the good news: The Iconic stocks over 700 brands of men’s and women’s fashion, shoes, accessories, exercise gear, and more. On top of that, they often have coupon codes for discounts and free shipping, and are a Google Trusted Store, so it’s one of our favourite online stores to shop from.


How do I get my purchases delivered to The Collection Bar?

You’re just a few easy steps away from picking up your goods in Broadway.

  1. Shop to your heart’s content on The Iconic. When you’re finished, click ‘Checkout’.
  2. Once you’ve reviewed your order, click ‘Buy Now’. Bonus round! If you have a coupon code for The Iconic, here’s your chance to redeem it for discounts.
  3. Either sign in to your account, or checkout as a guest. (You’ll be able to create an account later.)
  4. When you get to the ‘Shipping Address’ section, hit ‘Click & Collect with ParcelPoint’.
  5. Under ‘Choose a ParcelPoint store for pickup’ enter the postcode 2007 (Broadway Shopping Centre’s postcode). The Collection Bar should appear as an option on the first page, but if it doesn’t, click through until you find it.
  6. Select The Collection Bar and hit ‘continue’.
  7. Complete your order as normal, and enjoy your easy delivery!

Where else is The Collection Bar available?

At this point in time, The Collection Bar is only available at Broadway Shopping Centre. However, The Iconic is all about making online shopping as easy and pain-free as possible for the consumer, so we can’t imagine it will be long before it rolls out to other areas.

And in the meantime, Sydney and Melbourne customers can enjoy three hour delivery.
