Features of the Citibank Business Credit Line of Credit

Citi will give you a Visa Debit card that can be used in more than 3,000 ATMs. You can choose to withdraw funds or pay directly using the Visa card at a POS, online or over the phone.     which credit card can you earn the most points with? I know some are capped at 300 000 ?
