Tick Vancouver off your list before 2018 is out with this sale.

It's not too late to shorten your bucket list says flight search site BYOJet who has today come up with the goods on flights to Vancouver starting at just over $900 return.

These take off from Melbourne in November, just in time to catch some powder as the snow season plows in. It's also a top time to visit for sightseeing without the crowds, though we would recommend packing a jacket as it can get quite nippy in and around the city with temperatures heading below 10 degrees.

For those taking off from other cities, don't despair. BYOJet can help you out, too, with flights from Sydney on sale from $920 return. This time you can fly out a little earlier, in October, and catch slightly better weather to explore the city and take on some of the adventurous activities available on the nearby Vancouver Island.

Flights from Brisbane are also available in November and early December from $939 return.

Depending on which route you take, you will fly either Air China or Xiamen Airlines, both of which are full-service carriers, so you won't have to worry about paying extra to bring your jackets and pants in checked-luggage or pay for food as these are all included.

Flights are on sale only until seats sell out. You can find out more, play with dates and make your bookings through BYOJet.

How good are these fares?

Canada is getting cheaper and cheaper to travel to and generally any fare under $1,000 is a bargain at the moment.

In terms of when to book, now is the best time to catch those cheap flights to Canada for October and November as it was around this time last year that we saw flights drop to $838 return for similar dates. Whether they'll go down that low again in the coming weeks is a game of chance. We'll keep you posted if they do, but if you don't want to chance it or the price and dates are right with this sale, it's available to book right now through BYOJet.
