How to choose the best Christmas presents for boys

Some boys are hyperactive, some love reading and some like to build things all day. Whatever type of gift you're looking for, you've come to the right place. It's pretty easy when trying to think of something to give to your boy (or a boy in general e.g. nephew, younger brother etc) - have a look at their existing hobbies and see if you can add anything to them. Or, you could look at whether they favour a particular type of toy over another. Knowing what he likes and doesn't like is the key to buying the perfect gift. Once you have an idea, then you can start looking at potential 'hot' toys in that area. Here's a tip: superhero-inspired tend to go down well.

Alternatively, you can think of your intentions for what your gift will provide for the boy. If you'd like him to spend more time outdoors and less time indoors staring at screens, then you might consider buying him an outdoor activity like a sports kit. If you know he's just finished his favourite book from his favourite series, then perhaps get him another series from the same genre. The same concept applies to computer games and technology - getting him the latest version or update will also work well in your favour.
