The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, 1-2-Switch and more at their cheapest yet.

Every week, finder takes a machete to the overgrowth of video game deals in Australia to reveal the very best of the best. Whether it's Target or Targét to you, the big red has some excellent deals in this week's round-up. Target has revealed some very attractive pricing on Nintendo Switch launch games and accessories.

Target: Nintendo Switch Games and accessories

Target Australia has informed the good folks over at Stevivor that it will be stocking Nintendo Switch launch games and accessories at prices below the recommended asking price. Here's the list of confirmed deals according to Target.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild $79 (usually $89.95)

  • The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild $79 (usually $89.95)
  • 1-2-Switch $59 (usually $69.95)
  • Joy-Con pair $99 (usually $119.95)
  • Joy-Con charging grip $34 (usually $39.95)
  • Pro Controller $89 (usually $99.95)
  • AC adapter: $34 AUD (RRP $39.95 AUD

Elsewhere on the interweb, Ozgameshop is offering 1-2-Switch for a fraction cheaper, Super Bomberman R for $58.99 and various accessories at a reasonable price.

Xbox One: Tales From the Borderlands

Tales From the Borderlands contests with The Walking Dead for my favourite Telltale experience. Telltale Games don't always get it right when tackling an established franchise (see Game of Thrones), but when they do they knock it out of the park. Tales From the Borderlands is Telltale at its best.

It's jam-packed with genuine laugh-out-loud moments thanks to some ace writing and voice acting, but also has the potential to knock the wind out of you with some truly touching drama. It's also got one of the best licensed soundtracks out there.

Ozgameshop is currently selling the entire collection (all 5 episodes) for just $16.14 on Xbox One. What a steal.

PlayStation 4: PS Plus and Dishonored deals

Free, the best discount of all. PlayStation Plus subscribers can indulge in two excellent games for PS4, the family friendly Little Big Planet 3 and not so nice Not a Hero in the month of February.

Elsewhere, Dishonored 2 is just $39 at Target and Doom just $19.

PC: Mass Effect: Andromeda

Though it's still a few months away, the upcoming continuation of the sci-fi soap opera Mass Effect is already selling for cheap over at Green Man Gaming.

Green Man Gaming will allow you to pre-purchase Mass Effect: Andromeda for just $65.20.
